BACK AGAIN..with BIG DRUMS !

Brian Bennett

Little B

Apache

About Brian Bennett as the Drummer of “The Shadows” and of course: “The Shadows

Little B is my favourite, cause it reminds me on “Animal” from the Muppet Show. Listening to that made me feel like “Animal”:

Animal Muppets

“Apache” is a very classical song, especially in old Western Movies. It’s just great!

Aaah, so much time went since I published the last post and so many good music passed my ears as well. So you will get more soon. I am happy to be back again.

And the Rabbi yelled with amazement: “OI VA VOI!!”

Tomorrow night I have the pleasure to attend their concert: Oi Va Voi! is playing in Berlin!

I give you a little impression of their multi-coloured electro klezmer music style!Listen to the verry soft voice of Sophie Solomon, the singer, which reminds you somehow of Erykah Badu. Really Lovely!!

ANNOUNCEMENT…ANNOUNCEMENT!! WBA in TOWN : 12.05.2007

The Whitest Boy Alive – BURNING

The Whitest Boy Alive – Inflation

One of the best Indie-bands ever..you should go to this concert on saturday!

AllMusic.com short Bio:”Formed in 2003 as an electronics-based group with an emphasis on the dancefloor, the Whitest Boy Alive eventually abandoned all programming and most other forms of synthetic instrumentation for a typical rock band setup. Guitarist/vocalist Erlend Øye (the Kings of Convenience), bassist Marcin Öz, drummer Sebastian Maschat, and keyboardist Daniel Nentwig began playing a form of straightforward and stripped-down indie rock informed by early Talking Heads and Josef K. They released their first album, titled Dreams, in 2006.”
